Refund Policy

Nativekart.com has most lenient cancellation and refund policies to give you utmost convenience. In case your purchase is not satisfying, you can intimate us through our website or customer care. We shall accept product return request when the package is returned unused.

To process the return request, we may require 1 to 2 weeks depending on locality, product type, vendors, or other criteria. Kindly note that products purchased on other retail partners or distributers shall not be accepted for return on our portal, www.nativekart.com.

It is important that you return the package in an unused condition in its original packing with proper condition just as received from us. If not, the refund shall not be accepted and the product becomes ineligible for refund.

Likewise, for products found damaged or lost, the return shipment cannot be processed.

Also please note that we would require the Bill or Receipt of the purchased item at the time of return. At the time of return product pick up, our representative shall check the condition of product before accepting the same.
